On Friday, I got to photograph a cute family with adorable kids. The little boy was extremely shy and did not want his picture taken. I managed to sneak in a couple shots without him noticing. But, once he noticed that it wasn't that bad, he warmed up to me and was very playful. He has the cutest curls; wish he could share some with me!

His sister was relaxed through out the session; so relaxed that she even fell asleep on us, but first enjoyed some playful kisses from mom.  She is a natural when you put a camera in front of her!

Have you ever wondered what your pictures look like before they make their way to photoshop?

Here are four beautiful examples of how I apply my time and work to each client's photo. My dedication to each individual photo is clearly shown. Possibilities are endless when a photographer shoots in manual (RAW), which is the only way I work.  In a normal photo session, which is usually anywhere between 30-40 pictures, I can spend up to 9 hours or more just editing. A professional photographer's work extends well past your photo shoot. Can you say money well spent. =)

Sneak Peek of today's sessions.  Congratulations you two!

Happy 7th Birthday!

On this day 7 years ago our beautiful daughter Angelique was born. By looking at her now you would never guess that she was born prematurely. She is as healthy as can be. She is such a joy and has the most kindest soul a child can have. Her dad & I hit the lottery when God gave us her.

She loves drawing, reading, and being a big sister. She is also a big daddy's girl. He has also been wrapped around her little finger since the day she was born. Happy Birthday baby girl!

Angelique & I had our own special photo shoot for her seventh birthday. She had so much fun and was such a natural. She loves being in front of the camera. Can you tell?
